Foreign alien invaders, a.k.a. illegal aliens, do NOT have the right to due process.
The US constitution as written clearly states:
"We the People of the United States", in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty "to ourselves" and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
This being said right at the TOP of the constitution shows us that we the people of the USA have these rights, not illegal aliens that have invaded the USA.
No where does it say that we offer them any kind of 'due process' when they come here illegally. Due process is a right meant for "We the people of the United States".
We do offer them a way to become citizens when they come here legally, which is to say get a VISA, then come over, and start the 'due process' of becoming a citizen. All these judges and demoncraps screaming about foreign aliens that came here without VISAs are suppose to get 'due process' are lying to We the People.
What part of this do YOU not understand?

13th amendment us constitution:
abolished slavery and involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime.
14th amendment us constitution:
It grants citizenship to "all persons born or naturalized in the United States," which includes former slaves recently freed.
Does not include foreign aliens.
