About this big announcement by POTUS…
Q#44. There isn't a comma in this post. Grammatically, it should have a comma. Note Q capitalized the first part of the post, but not the latter part. Everything has meaning.
If you add a comma to Q#44, where you place it dictates its meaning. Most people think Q#44 says POTUS is departing on Friday. But add a comma right after the caps:
BEFORE POTUS DEPARTS, on Friday he will be sending an important message via Twitter.
Did Q use caps to show us where to put the comma?
