Personally I do not think it will work…
The real issues is the university that allowed the students to continue to go into degrees that did not get them jobs or the pay they expected to pay back the loans. It is not the government directly they should go after but the campus of the university in my mind.
Of course the college professors are behind some of this as they get large amounts of funding around… aka anyone see a lot of building going on? What do they do this for and how do they fund it? Must be some money being made some how?
