Just the News: "Secret recordings with ousted FDA vaccines chief Peter Marks suggest disinterest in documenting vax injury."
An FDA official like Peter Marks, who either quit in principle or was forced out, should not be "jumping up and down with pom-poms" for vaccines still in trials, the Informed Consent Action Network's chief said.
The Food and Drug Administration's top vaccine official until late-March met online several times with a COVID-19 vaccine injury group's leader, who, opposing the vaccines in part, begged him to no avail to take severe adverse events such as paresthesia as a precursor to neuropathy seriously and to urge doctors to treat them as such rather than write them off as "anxiety," secret recordings suggest.
The Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) released the videos, compiled on "The Real Peter Marks" website, with other documentary evidence from Marks' leadership of the COVID response starting with Operation Warp Speed, at the National Press Club in Washington on Tuesday.
They also include a virtual meeting between San Francisco intensive care unit doctor Patricia Lee, Marks and other FDA officials, who asked no questions after Lee said a patient's severe complications from vaccination at 22 weeks' pregnancy and related death prompted a "nervous breakdown" among nurses on her shift, requiring a psychiatrist's overnight visit.
ICAN CEO Del Bigtree shared pieces of Lee's Oct. 22, 2021, conversation with FDA officials, who allegedly ignored her pleas for vaccine-injured patients until she brought "legal pressure," on his show two weeks earlier with ICAN lawyer Aaron Siri and REACT19 founder Brianne Dressen, whose neurological injuries from the AstraZeneca vaccine trial were confirmed by the NIH.
Organized as an animated vertical timeline that loads as it scrolls, the Marks website loaded slowly during Just the News' review Wednesday. "They are receiving a ton of traffic and working on it," a spokesperson said in the early afternoon.
The website contains Dressen's seven virtual meetings with officials from Aug. 23, 2021 to Dec. 14, 2022, some of which also loaded slowly Wednesday. In the second meeting, a month after President Biden's large-employer COVID vaccine mandate, she is lying down on a couch during the recordings.
The office of Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., who chairs the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, has fought for recognition of COVID vaccine injuries and seeks the end of legal immunity for manufacturers, told Just the News he was aware of the recordings and "they will be part of the investigatory record."
ICAN and REACT19 hope the recordings and timeline prompt the FDA to evaluate licensed vaccines "continuously," make the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Vaccine Safety Datalink public and, for Bigtree specifically, stop recommending COVID vaccines without pulling them from the market.
An FDA official like Marks should not be "jumping up and down with pom poms" for vaccines during their Phase II trials, Bigtree said.
Marks' disputed resignation in March as director of the Center for Biologics Evaluation and Research sent panic through the pharmaceutical industry, which loved Marks for his uncritical promotion of COVID vaccines even before full licensure through his jazzy but conclusory "Just a Minute" videos, which make various claims about their safety and effectiveness.
One of his most vocal critics, University of California San Francisco epidemiologist Vinay Prasad, is taking over Marks' job, FDA Commissioner Marty Makary announced Tuesday. The S&P Biotech ETF fell more than 6% following news of Prasad's appointment, STAT News reported, suggesting the industry sees him as a threat to the bottom line.
Prasad dinged Marks three years ago for promising congressional Democrats to lower COVID vaccine approval standards to ensure that kids can get jabbed, and called him "one of the most dangerous, pro-pharma regulators of the 21st century" when Marks departed.
A week before the departure, which Marks implied was out of principle but media claimed was forced, Prasad noted that Marks sidelined Office of Vaccines Research Research and Review leaders in 2021 for resisting rushed full approval of COVID vaccines and overturned agency reviewers by approving gene therapy that Prasad said "seems to be killing kids."
He said the FDA could replace Marks with "a bobblehead doll that just stamps approval" and get the same results for less money.

Live Action Reports Planned Parenthood Clinics Offer Hormones to Minors with No Parental Consent
A report from the pro-life activist group Live Action claims that abortion conglomerate Planned Parenthood has been offering hormone treatment to minors as young as 16 with little parental consent or medical supervision.
The undercover investigation featured a woman posing as a 16-year-old minor and calling various Planned Parenthood clinics in several states asking for “gender-affirming care.” As many as seven clinics agreed to prescribe the hormones upon a first appointment. Per Fox News:
In several instances, Planned Parenthood assured the caller that she could choose to meet with a provider virtually and have access to cross-sex hormones as quickly as the same day, despite the person posing as a minor saying they had just begun considering changing her sex. Facilities in Minnesota and Oregon stated they could schedule the minor within days or on the same day.
Five facilities stated that no prior therapy, mental health clearance or prior documentation was needed for her to obtain cross-sex hormones.
In addition to being the country’s largest abortion business, Planned Parenthood is also one of the leading distributors of sex-change drugs.
Lila Rose said the investigation exposes a “chilling reality” within Planned Parenthood, accusing the organization of “fast-tracking vulnerable children into irreversible hormone treatments with almost no medical oversight.”
“These dangerous drugs can sterilize, stunt growth and leave lifelong scars. This is not healthcare. It is child abuse, and it must be stopped,” she said.
As Breitbart News reported last month, surgeon and Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) whistleblower Dr. Eithan Haim testified before Congress that transgender treatments the hospital practices are “destroying children’s lives”:
“They are putting them down a road where they become a chronic medical patient,” the doctor said during Wednesday’s hearing on “Ending Lawfare Against Whistleblowers Who Protect Children.”
Asked by Rep. Mark Harris (R-NC) why he decided to speak out against “gender reassignment practices” at Texas Children’s Hospital, Haim replied that he is risking his “entire career to blow the whistle” because “they are destroying the lives of these children.”
Haim clarified that the problem with Texas Children’s Hospital has to do with “their leadership,” asserting that TCH “is an amazing hospital” where “what the doctors do, what the nurses do on a daily basis, is amazing.”
Live Action and Lila Rose called upon Congress to defund Planned Parenthood of taxpayer dollars.
“Planned Parenthood receives more than $700 million in taxpayer dollars every year. That is a catastrophe, and it must end,” said Rose. “It’s time for Congress and the president to act and defund this abusive corporation of the $700 million they receive from taxpayers every year.”
Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson said last week that lawmakers will seek to follow President Donald Trump’s agenda and defund Planned Parenthood.
“In the weeks ahead, the House is gonna be working on the one big, beautiful bill,” Johnson said while giving the keynote at a gala for the pro-life group Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America. “We’re absolutely making it clear to everybody that this bill is going to redirect funds away from big abortion and to federally qualified health centers.”
Johnson also touted the “over 2,700 pregnancy resource centers” currently “helping more and more women choose life.”
“I’m so grateful that SBA and the Charlotte Lozier Institute have been so instrumental in raising awareness about these important centers, which provide comprehensive care for the vulnerable,” he said. “And, you know what, they outnumber big abortion providers 15-to-1, so that’s something we can celebrate.”

Rep. Hageman Introduces 'No Student Visas for Sanctuary Cities Act'
A new bill aimed at holding sanctuary cities “accountable” has been introduced by Rep. Harriet Hageman (R-WY), with Breitbart News obtaining exclusive access to the proposed legislation as well as the congresswoman’s letter to President Donald Trump pledging to help him stop Democrat-controlled jurisdictions from harboring illegal migrants.
The “No Student Visas for Sanctuary Cities Act,” introduced Wednesday, would “hold sanctuary cities accountable for their violation of federal law and for their aiding of illegal aliens” by amending the Immigration and Nationality Act to prohibit student visas being granted for institutions in such jurisdictions, Hageman’s office told Breitbart News.

“Leftist proponents of open borders, or no borders at all, have infiltrated many of our states, cities, and counties and caused the so-called leaders within them to completely undermine the rule of law,” the congresswoman explained. “Instead of protecting their citizens, sanctuary city officials have chosen those here unlawfully — many of them members of international cartels and other transnational criminal organizations –- over their constituents.”
Hageman, who has represented Wyoming’s at-large congressional district after beating former Rep. Liz Cheney in the 2022 Republican primary, went on to explain that “Prohibiting student visas is an accountability measure to pressure obstructors of justice to take action in complying with the rules set forth by Congressional representatives of the American people.”
Co-sponsors of the bill include Reps. Brandon Gill (R-TX), Paul Gosar (R-AZ), and Troy Nehls (R-TX).
Text of the bill obtained by Breitbart News defines sanctuary jurisdictions as those that are “refusing to or prohibiting agencies from complying with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainers,” “imposing unreasonable conditions” on ICE detainer compliance, “denying” ICE access to interview incarcerated aliens, or “otherwise impeding communication or information exchanges between the jurisdiction’s personnel” and federal immigration officials.
In a letter sent to Trump as she introduced the bill, Hageman thanked him for his “bold leadership” in his crusade to enforce immigration laws, and went on to “encourage further action against those sanctuary jurisdictions that stand in the way of the American people’s agenda and security, which you are seeking to implement and protect.”
Praising Trump’s April 28 executive order, Protecting American Communities from Criminal Aliens, Hageman said she wrote to the president to “highlight” her bill as a way to help force “compliance” with immigration enforcement officials:
There are at least thirteen states and countless other cities and counties that operate as so-called “sanctuary jurisdictions.” As you know, these sanctuary jurisdictions shield criminal aliens from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) through various laws, ordinances, regulations, and other practices that prohibit their government employees from cooperating with federal law enforcement. These policies reject compliance with ICE detainers, impose unreasonable conditions on detainer acceptance, deny ICE’s ability to interview incarcerated aliens, and impose other constraints on federal officers.
Congress and the executive branch have proposed numerous policies to reduce the incentive for sanctuary jurisdictions to keep these laws and policies in place. Your April 28, 2025, executive order, Protecting American Communities from Criminal Aliens, seeks to identify and impose consequences on sanctuary jurisdictions.’ Section 3 of the order further directs the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security to “pursue all necessary legal remedies and enforcement measures to end these violations and bring such jurisdictions into compliance with the laws of the United States.”
As your administration considers further action to carry out your executive order, I am writing to highlight my recently introduced bill, the No Student Visas for Sanctuary Cities Act, which blocks the granting of student visas for educational institutions located in sanctuary jurisdictions. Such a policy could be achieved in the short term through executive action while Congress considers this idea, and it would further implement your stated intent to levy consequences for violating federal immigration law.
In a February interview with Breitbart News, Hageman slammed the government for working for an elite cabal of people” instead of the average American, and called Cheney a “globalist.”

Lady Gaga Brazil Concert Bombing Suspect Was Deported from U.S. by Trump
A migrant deported from the United States is the suspected terrorist behind the bombing plot at a Lady Gaga concert in Brazil.
Brazilian authorities revealed this week that they arrested 44-year-old Luis da Silva after he planned to kill Lady Gaga fans at her blowout concert on Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro on Saturday.
The concert was attended by a record-breaking 2.5 million fans and da Silva wanted “livestream the execution of children and set up bombs close to the stage,” per the New York Post.
“He said that the singer was a Satanist and that he was going to perform a Satanist ritual too, killing a child during the show,” Rio de Janeiro Civil Police secretary, officer Felipe Curi, told reporters on Monday.
Brazilian authorities say da Silva was deported from the United States recently for unknown reasons. He was arrested along with a 17-year-old boy hours before the concert and the “pair allegedly used Discord to try and radicalize others, including teenagers, to carry out attacks against children and members of the LGBTQ+ community who were attending the concert,” according to the Post.
Sao Paulo congressman Erika Hilton wrote on X that da Silva led a group that “promoted pedophilia, misogyny and LGBTphobia through social media.”
Rio de Janeiro Civil Police Chief Luiz Lima, who oversees the Department for the Repression of Computer Crimes, said that hundreds of lives were saved by the arrest.
“It was an integrated action that saved hundreds of lives. These groups, which are organized, have goals to achieve notoriety, to gather more spectators, more participants, the majority of whom are teenagers, many of them children, said Lima.
