Yes, scientists from the cigarette industry went to make processed foods more addictive, but WHAT chemicals did they add?

The same thing that naturally makes people crave tobacco- nicotinic acid (niacin, vitamin B-3).

They even got the government to mandate it by law in flours, grains and cereals.

But food processors add it in much higher quantity than FDA guidelines recommend. Why? Because it makes you crave their product.

This is why smokers are usually thin. They're satisfying their nicotine cravings and therefore don't need Red Bull or snack food to get it.
