Epstein's first prosecutor at DOJ, Alex Acosta, said in 2019 “I was told Epstein belonged to intelligence and to leave it alone.” It should not take this FBI-DOJ 6 months to tell us what "belonged to intelligence" means. Unless something else at FBI-DOJ is very, very wrong.

When frontline doctors—who gave up their careers, their licenses, and their livelihoods to stand against tyranny during COVID—come to me with serious concerns, I listen. We all owe them that. I remain genuinely excited about much of what this administration is doing—it’s been bold and it’s been transformative. But not every choice inspires confidence. And when I’ve raised concerns directly and been brushed aside quietly, I’m left with two paths: stay silent or speak the truth (it’s always easiest to sit on your hands and be quiet by the way). I know this nomination is likely to move forward regardless. But I’m also not going to sit by idly and say nothing. People deserve to know concerns were raised—then will judge for themselves based on the information available and the outcomes that follow.

The reality lesson is this. It is not a virtue to exaggerate an infectious disease threat at the start of a pandemic to panic the population into compliance. It's not a vice to ask for data to understand the true risk. A noble lie is a lie. Fear and falsehood are twin poisons. One infects the mind, the other the soul. Seek truth, not panic. Clarity, not control. In uncertainty, data is a beacon, not a threat. A lie, noble or not, is still a corruption of the mind. Never allow anyone or anything to hijack your ability to critically think.
