Arkansas attorney general explains how to defeat Soros-backed prosecutors, like Minnesota's Mary Moriarity.

"If you can't go where you want because of crime, you're not free. And Moriarty is just another example of this sort of prosecutor that we need to shine a light on," said Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin.

Speaking about Moriarty, who has been involved in several controversies since taking office in 2023, Griffin did not mince words: “Well, she is precisely the type of prosecutor that we’re trying to keep out of office in the first place.”

Moriarty recently enacted a race-based plea deal policy, which is now the focus of an investigation launched by the Department of Justice (DOJ). The policy directs prosecutors to consider race when offering plea deals, which Griffin pointed out is “on its face unconstitutional.”

Griffin also explained how the Protecting Americans Action Fund works to call attention to prosecutors like Moriarty before they get elected and put a spotlight on their work if they are elected and adopt soft-on-crime policies.

==Republicans plan protest of Gov. Walz’s appearance at fishing opener.

The local Republican Party is also planning a Trump boat parade.==

“Calling all boaters in MN. Let’s show up at Tim ‘Elmer Fudd’ Walz fishing opener in Crow Wing County and have a Trump boat parade,” the Facebook event listing reads. Over 200 individuals responded to the event, which is taking place May 10 at 7:30 a.m. The group plans to hold a flag wave at the roundabout near Andy’s Bar and Grill followed by a boat parade that will launch from SW Crosslake Access, according to a Facebook post.

“If you don’t have a boat, come visit and wave your Trump flags in the boat ramp area. Let’s show our Governor that his policies aren’t welcome in rural areas or anywhere in Minnesota,” the event organizers wrote.

Walz, who was a no-show for the Governor’s Fishing Opener in 2021 and 2023, said he was “thrilled” to bring the opener to Crosslake.

The Governor’s Fishing Opener has been a Minnesota tradition since 1948 and draws a large crowd. Minnesota is reportedly fourth in the nation in fishing license sales with license sales up 10% so far this year.
