Still at 122km

High enough that it'll probably overshoot the Caspian, and could wind up being funny as shit if it takes out a Paki missile.

Last orbit vs this orbit: The satellite has lost a bit over 1km in altitude.

At this rate, it might just make it around again.

The COSMOS 482 is in an elliptical orbit, and maxxed out at 174km during the last pass. Maximum altitude on this orbit is 170.4.

The low point in it's orbit should come somewhere around Italy this time around.

Anon suspects it'll make one moar rotation, but ya never know. The low last time around was about 121km.

>who what where?

50+ year old scary out of control russian satellite crashing to earth.

Best guess is it will land in the Sahara, or make one moar trip and hit further west in Africa.

Elliptical orbit is highest around New Zealand, and lowest near the Mediterranean.
