Anon dedicated time in recording studio where the history of frequencies were discussed and experimented with. At best recollection, this was claimed by the studio engineer. True or not? For what its worth, recalled and shared.

Hitler ordered the Orchestras to tune to 440 Hz because one of the top Nazi scientists claimed that it degenerated the body of those not of pureblood.

The manager of the Beatles used to have the band tune to 444 Hz. The reason wasn't explained. Studio engineer knew McCartney quite well.

432 Hz was claimed to have healing benefits, but no one was able to document the source of the information.
