The neighbor to the east ran water down the street for the last day to the drain 4 houses away. The odd thing, is that there is a white residue just in front of my property, and not the other houses, only a little in his driveway. I do not think chorine does that if it came from their pool as I have never seen that before, and they run liquids 2 to 3 times a year. Chemtrails overhead too, will be here by tonight. It is a white residue like anthrax or something, he maybe getting rid of evidence. Please do a drive by or drone flyover.
