You’re right. Those women’s fears of being preyed upon don’t trump the legality of filling. What the eye can see the camera can capture.
But it’s a power game. And everything I stated was correct. These stalkers who call themselves ‘auditors’ used to include the pre-game footage of them filming the women but they got such backlash for preying on women that they cut out the warmups now and show only the cop interactions.
