They either aren't being taught the ACTUAL law, or they just don't care. Either way, they are domestic enemies to the Constitution of the United States and We the People it represents. Our rights are not optional.
Listen I'm not worried about this first amendment bullshit"
What kind of example is it setting for the people to obey the law when law enforcement so blatantly violates it without being held accountable?
>18 U.S. Code ยง 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law
>Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
Those idiots were violating our constitution long before defund the police, which along with blm are controlled opposition so liars like you can associate those like me who stand for our rights against the domestic enemies with them. Same nonsense narrative you always try.
No, we expect them to respect our rights and laws and stop thinking their cowardice trumps the rights they swore an oath to uphold and protect.
I'm simply shining a little light on their lawlessness. You'd think if you're here for truth you wouldn't complain so much but hey whatever.
Which do you love and serve? The blue line, or liberty?
>honorable ones
Where? Please show me ANY who have upheld their oath and stood against gun control. Show me any who have upheld their oath and stood against civil asset protection. Show me any who have stood against the patriot act.
They were all given a chance to uphold their oath and stand against the court, or follow them off a cliff and violate the peoples rights. They chose poorly.
I'm mad because there's a bunch of domestic enemy cowards in costumes and badges violating peoples rights every day while they claim to be protecting them.
Where? Where are the ones standing for the constitution? Where are the ones standing against civil asset forfeiture? It's not a few bad apples, the entire orchard is rotten and on fire.
It's a clear violation of the 4th amendment and happens all the time, but for some reason cops seem to think judges get to overrule the limits the People put on government. While they get away with it for a while, they do not get away with it forever.
Did they stand for the rest of the rights being violated?
>The tides have shifted.
>Dark to light
Absolutely. Just look at how auditing is growing. Auditing if and how our public servants respect and uphold our rights is of ever increasing public interest, it's growing fast. That snowball is already rolling and they LE think they hate it now, just wait.
They did didn't violate their rights, but did they arrest the domestic enemies who do?
There's more to upholding their oath than refusing illegal orders you know.
KMAO always the appeals to emotion. I mean the journalists exercising their right to freedom of press to record their public servants in public/publicly accessible areas for press purposes. Whether you like it or not, like I said if and how public servants respect and uphold our rights is of ever increasing public interest. Your feelings, or those womens feelings, do not trump the freedom of press.
Answering my question doesn't work with your narrative, so you attack me instead.
Doubling down on the appeal to emotion kmao. Did this woman seem scared, or upset he wouldn't obey her self perceived authority?
I guess Hillary and every female criminal EVER should just claim they're scared of cameras and journalists huh?
Anyone who collects information of public interest and disseminates that information to the public via a medium such as print or video is a journalist. As evidenced by the ever increasing auditing community, auditing if and how public servants respect and uphold our rights is of ever increasing public interest. Sorry you hate freedom of press but rights don't care about your feelings cupcake.
>hatred for authority
I forgot to address this. Do you understand it's not auditors who hate authority, but YOU hate that they're exercising their authority to record?
