I am starting to wonder if they play off “bun E” as things like this for code for a backer as they had a “bun” like they baked and they want it is the thing. So then this like bun reeee in this way… so I guess the state and federal workers get money if they can frame or extort the person if they are supposed to get a reward for anything they turned in like a terrorist information or so on.
So they are effectively the mob that is putting hits out in anyone that may get a reward… it is how the state or the federal government can make money for the areas they work in is the idea as they will have money split going to then as well as other charity programs. This how or why they do this to exploit people in this way.
