ah I see… I think this is a code actually, probably something they use makeup artists for as a way to tell the higher ups "Hey, I'm taking a beating here, help!" - cause they don't actually communicate in a direct way, they use photo charades like hillary's light's on lights' off thing that was in the QMAP as a rejected deal - or the Anderson Cooper's highlighter as what else was on the table in the QMAP - because he uses it to highlight his victims using pamplets from facilities like this, they rape sedated children - anyway… just going through a few codes since you said you appreciated the color ones - it's a pretty deep rabbit hole
