Federal cops are unconstitutional as they are not specifically set up. But State and municipal police fall well within the default to states functions under the 10th amendment. Everything not granted the fed government specifically within the Constitution defaults to the states. You aren’t going to trick any anons with Constitution wrap up smears.

True! But in (most). states they gave it under the state constitutions and statutes. Just saying (most) because one should never use absolutes. Though u can’t think of a state that didn’t set up a police department in its chartering laws.
