Voting harder must be the answer.
I was thinking about the EO that POTUS signed to give Hollywood incentives to come back and film movies in the states.
All the HW players scattered over seas and make movies overseas.
I think the EO is a trap to get them back in the states to get them under US jurisdiction.
Probably nothing though.
