The background microwave energy is what's drying you out. Same way food in the microwave gets dehydrated the longer it's in there like meat. So I guess find ways to keep hydrated and maybe consume some high wquality salt to retain some water.
Light is capable of altering DNA, the same way the sun does. Maybe the blue light and other wavelengths are what's making us fatter than normal, it's inflammation.
Your hormones are dictated by light patterns in your eyes. So the body is all confused most of the time because of mostly blue light from screens and staying indoors in general with artificial light.
Anyways it's not all bad news, there is good technology to fix the bad parts of some technology.
think those are uv lights on the roof which is the kind of good technology i was talking about.
