This is completely wrong and the SCOTUS knows it, this is treason. Due process is for American Citizens only and they know it.
Ask the SCOTUS, if a 1 million man army stepped 1 foot into our country, would they be entitled to the same due process? If they say yes, then we should send an army to stand on their property and let them camp out. See if justice works both ways.
They know this, either they are purposely doing treason, or the lawyers haven't presented the right questions to them.
