A bit OT but it may help heal other anons with gut/digestive issues. I’ve been taking bentonite clay (food grade). In a pint mason jar I mix 2T powdered clay with 8 oz water (we have well). Shake well and I take 1 oz at 9am and 1oz at 9pm. Follow with enough water to make sure it doesn’t clump going down your throat. It should be taken about an hour after or before any meds or food. It’s helped me so much. No more squeaky air bubbles, painful air or bloating.
It doesn’t really have a taste. They sell small jars online which I bought just in case it didn’t agree with me, but I’ll be purchasing larger quantities as I plan to make this a daily thing. Good luck. :)

Yeah, not sure I believe the woo woo stuff. I think it more acts as a sweeper for your intestines. I gave it a 2 week trial and was impressed. I hope it works for you! You can also dilute it more and as another anon said, I mix it at night and let it sit overnight, then start fresh in the morning. There’s studies of chimps even seeking out clay. It’s pretty interesting. I’d heard about it for a while but the thought of drinking “mud” really sounded gross but I was desperate to escape my stomach pain.
I think so? Clay has a little more grit. But I think maybe charcoal is short term.. pls don’t take this as gospel as I haven’t researched charcoal too much.
