I need help with my understanding of English. Would someone please explain what he means by this statement? What doest he mean by "kids that are rough?" Does he mean bad, unruly, gang member kids? What does he mean by "you gotta pin these kids down?" Does he mean hold them down to administer a shot? Any help would be appreciated.

"These parents bring these kids in that are rough and wanting blood work.

You know, you gotta pin these kids down and like, I just can't do it."

Ok, thanks for your clarification on that. I appreciate it. I was confused that maybe he meant the kids "were in a rough situation." And I was thinking "you gotta pin these kids down" might have meant that you've got to zero-in on the problem they're dealing with, but I think you might be right. Thanks again. So sad. Praying for these kids.
