This nonsense about the Ukraine war has to stop.
In 2014, a referendum was held in Luhansk, where the separatists claimed that nearly 98.4% of voters supported self-rule, but the results were not recognized by Ukraine or other governments. More recently, in 2022, another referendum was held in the Russian-occupied parts of Luhansk, where the separatists reported that 98.42% of voters supported the region's incorporation into the Russian Federation. These referendums were widely condemned as illegal and illegitimate by the international community.
2014 Luhansk Referendum: Pro-Russian separatists claimed a high support for self-rule, but the results were not recognized internationally.
2022 Luhansk Referendum: Russian-installed officials reported a significant majority in favor of joining Russia, which was also dismissed as illegitimate.
Picrels are the maps concerned.
What you should see, is that Russia didn't invade Ukraine, the people who lived there voted to stay with Russia, that's all.
It was the United States of America, with their NATO allies, that invaded the Russian parts of Ukraine, and we all know whos in charge, don't we.
If Trump wants peace in Ukraine, then he should order his military to stop attacking them.
