At least 10. million public interactions per day based off that figure. And lowballed that a single cop only crosses paths with 10 people each day.
We can only go by data. The recorded data on police misconduct is a negligible percentage of that total. To assume something different..not only different but polar opposite… than the data would be an ‘incorrect assumption’ probably based on personal bias.
