Jeez. You are spot on. Same reason Kash and Dan said what they said. You really have to listen to what they've said, "We've seen the file." It's horrible and tragic. However, they won't be building shitty in-fill high-density housing, they'll be building Qatari super cities. I dunno what's worse tbh. They're never giving that land back to the people that owned it. They still haven't passed a single building permit in LA as of a few weeks ago. I wonder how it's going in HI and NC. All around sad.
