Young man walking down the road stopped for "safety check" then unlawfully arrested for refusing to ID. Cops say if they have to fingerprint him they will make him sit there for 3 months. Cop says "I have the right to identify you" and thinks he has the right t5o ID anyone in the city. At the jail, they tell him he's "not gonna run your mouth because I'd just as soon punch you in the face".

This is ALL on video, so why did the lower courts uphold QI for such blatant crimes… TWICE? Why did the USSC have to vacate the lower court's decision to uphold QI for such blatant crimes?

They are domestic enemies to the Constitution of the United States and We the People it represents.
