Actually it is a tactic that libtards do, because they know the cops will side with them and instigate with you, trying to agitate you, so they are justified to brutalize or arrest you. Most likely you are targeted individual and you met one of their cronies on a paid assignment. Most won't believe this, but I know this stuff for a fact. More likely that then a crazy person.
