Fox has learned that the final vote on the Big, Beautiful Bill in the House Likely Comes tomorrow morning or midday

Fox is told that the “manager’s amendment” to alter the bill could come in the next hour. That will incorporate final changes into the bill and coax holdouts to vote yes.

We’re expecting the House Rules Committee – which has been meeting since 1 am et today – to tackle the changes and send the package to the floor.

We believe there will be an overnight debate and vote on the “rule.” The rule is essential. If the House fails to approve the rule, it can’t bring the bill to the floor.

Then the House will tee up debate in the wee hours of the morning/early morning Thursday to debate the bill. A final vote likely follows on Thursday morning or midday
