Take the fact they deliberately choose their exact time of post, and their dates.

This is an attempt to make a certain string of numbers, in order to correspond to a universal cipher, that all agents in the field have.

This leads us to the insurmountable question, what is their cipher? Q may be making it obvious to us, through his usage of bible quotes.

The most common publication in history is the bible. Every single hotel in America has one at the bedside, and it is not hard to find.

So with that in mind, take each Q post and apply this cipher.
