I'm sorry you fell for the vegan meme but you need to do your research. Look up a guy called Aajonus Vonderplanitz, he wrote a book debunking all this vegan nonsense.
Look at EVERY vegan. They are thin, pale, losing muscle, getting cramps, arthritis, shitting all day long, teeth rotting, basically dying right in front of your eyes. Look up a YT channel called "Sv3rige", now I definitely don't agree with his philosophy of other things, but one of the great things he does is interview ex-vegans. He has probably 100+ interviews of ex-vegans all sharing the exact same stories/experiences of the myriad health problems they faced, no matter which vegan diet they tried, and the problems would not stop until they resumed eating meat.
There are very few "vegan" bodybuilders and when you look into you will find they are all taking supplements because a human cannot survive on a raw vegan diet alone. Forget the research for once and just look at what's in front of you with your eyes. The Globalists push the vegan agenda because they want us all weak, delirious, and eating low-nutritional cheap foods to be slaves.
They did an experiment placing a piece of raw meat in a dog stomach and it completely dissolves. Raw meat dissolves to liquid when you consume it - no digestive problems, no nothing. Raw meat also contains a number of vitamins and enzymes that CANNOT be found in ANY vegetable. Now you will tell me with a straight face that we are meant to eat vegetables and not meat??
