The corrupt judges know they don't have this authority.
They are making these outrageous rulings to try to get Trump to refuse to comply.
So when he does, they can try to impeach him again and brand him a tyrant.
It won't work. Trump has their number.
All they are doing is exposing themselves as traitors.
