DNI Tulsi Gabbard Takes Operational Control of the Presidential Daily Brief (PDB)

Interestingly,just a few days before Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, took control of the National Intelligence Council(NIC) away from the CIA,Gabbard also made a move that is just as consequential and directly related.

It is pretty clear now the NIC was in the middle of a domestic Intelligence Community operation against the Trump administration when Tulsi Gabbard intercepted it (we hope with support from CIA Director John Ratcliffe, but we are not sure). {GO DEEP} It is clear from the comments by SoS/NSA Rubio, that several media outlets were poised and awaiting leaks from the NIC in anticipation of fulfilling their role to advance the operation. [SEE HERE] DNI Gabbard essentially quashed their plan.

However, I was not aware that it waspushed into the public sphere where DNI Gabbard had taken control of the Presidential Daily Briefsimultaneous to her confrontation with the NIC operation. [NYT LINK, Archive] I am writing this update to inform and also ensure the CTH library has a reference point for future discussions. Please familiarize yourself with the citations above as well as two very important outlines.

#1 – The unrealized power of the DNI and the possibilities for Trump’s appointed Director of National Intelligence, if a particular process was followed {GO DEEP}. #2 –The actual purpose of the Presidential Daily Brief (PDB), as well as the modern weaponization of it by the CIA. {GO DEEP}. […] The C.I.A. memo said that while the directorate of analysis role in supporting the daily brief would evolve, “we will remain laser-focused on the president’s and Director Ratcliffe’s priorities and our core mission— generating and delivering insight with impact, free from political or personal bias.”

It is not clear how many C.I.A. personnel assigned to the P.D.B.,as the brief is called, and to the National Intelligence Council will move. People familiar with the matter, who were not authorized to discuss internal concerns publicly, said a number of employees at the agency were looking for new assignments to avoid moving to Ms. Gabbard’s office. The DNI position comes as an outcome of The Patriot Act and as I have repeated said, that position has never been fully functionalized.In essence, the DNI can be more powerful than all of the feeder elements into the intelligence apparatus.

The ODNI was formed in 2004, with the intent for the office to be the pivot point of a national security radar. The DNI was intended to provide information to domestic agencies about foreign terror networks that would prevent something like 9-11 from happening again.However, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence has never, not for one day, operated on this intent. This is why they are such a critical position from my perspective.

I said in August of 2024, “The DNI can make the FBI, DOJ, DOJ-NSD, DoD, DoS and CIA provide anything and everything they demand. Instead of the other silos using blocks and threats against the office of the President, use the authority of the DNI to get them without confrontation.

Then use the DNI to declassify the documents(if requested by potus), instead of the originating silo.

Can you see how the DNI office can be repurposed to be a seriously strong weapon in the toolbox of the President, against the schemes of those inside the various IC silos. The DNI becomes much more important than the CIA Director, NSA Director, FBI Director, Attorney General, etc, because the DNI can just show up and say, “give me this.” That’s the whole functional purpose of the DNI office that has never been exerted; let’s flippin’ use it.

Let’s use the office of the DNI as the central information hub that takes information from inside the corrupt silos, then provides that information to the President who puts sunlight upon it. Each corrupt silo penetrated with disinfectant.This could begin a process to pull down the shadow operationsand let the American public see what has been happening inside our IC apparatus.”

It would appear that President Trump and Tulsi Gabbard are doing exactly that, and I am extremely pleased/thankful to see this plan of action in place.

Now, there’s another element to this. The Dept of Homeland Security Secretary, Kristi Noem, reports directly to President Trump.

However, for all material intents and purposes of the post-911 design, theDHS Secretary also reports to the Director of National Intelligence, that’s Tulsi Gabbard.

The DHS Secretary directly controls the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA). Do you remember the story of Tulsi Gabbard being targeted by the Joe Biden DHS/TSA under the “Quiet Skies” operation?All of that information is at the fingertips of DNI Tulsi Gabbard.

So, I will leave you to think of this with a little optimism. Here is Tulsi Gabbard today discussing how Joe Biden defined “Domestic Violent Extremists,” and also a discussion about her own personal targeting on the “Quiet Skies” watch list.

Keep in mind, ODNI Tulsi Gabbard has access to every document, note, list and detail of the TSA program that targeted her. Tulsi Gabbard knows exactly who put her on the watch list, when, why and how, as well as who else was/is targeted under this program.

They were saying things along those lines and they were making a bigger deal about doubts about his acuity than it could be said the legacy media was. And I think that’s fair for them to say, we were making a bigger deal.But as you point out, there is a difference — and I’m not belittling the importance of airing those clips, I aired some of them too — there is a difference between airing a clip and saying, that’s odd, that’s unusual, he seems— it seems like something’s going on and what Alex and I have been able to do, which is after the election, all those Democrats, we talked to more than 200 sources for this book, almost all of them Democrats, almost all of them after the election, who were telling us what was really going on behind the scenes. And the anecdotes and the concerns that we bring forward in this book [are] investigative journalism, and that is different from observational punditry.” And Goldberg agreed.

Thompson then said, “I would also just add that — and I understand the pushback that Biden’s age was constantly a topic, right? And the Mark Leibovich story is a perfect example.But that was about sort of, in a political lens, a horse race lens, I do not feel there was a ton of investigative reporting about his ability to do the job and how his age was really affecting it.”Goldberg also agreed with this.

Thompson continued, “And I think also, look at the reaction to The Wall Street Journal story in June of 2024, just weeks before the debate. There were a lot of reporters that sort of threw shade at that story. There was not as much solidarity.”

Tapper added that journalists attacked the WSJreporters who wrote about Biden’s decline, which Goldberg agreed with.

Actor and comedian Zach Galifianakis — perhaps best known for playing Alan in the comedy franchise, The Hangover — says he has kept Hollywood “away from my family” amid his rise to fame.

“I keep show business away from my family,” Galifianakis told People. “I’ve never wanted my real life and show business to combine. This is my work, and that’s why they’re not here.”

The Due Date star — who is married to philanthropist Quinn Lundberg, with whom he shares two sons — has previously commented that he has told his children he worked as a librarian.

“I said that when they were younger, because I didn’t want them to know anything,” Galifianakis laughed.

“But now they’re older, they know that I’m down here promoting this,” the actor added, referring to his upcoming film, Disney’s live-action remake of Lilo & Stitch, which he has been promoting in Los Angeles.

The 55-year-old actor’s sons were reportedly born in September 2013 and November 2016, meaning they will be turning 12 and 9, respectively, this fall.

“They’ll see it,” Galifianakis told People after being asked if his kids have been able to watch the new Lilo & Stitch movie yet. “Yeah, we’ll take them to the movie theater to see it in time.”

“I love all people,” the “Runaway” rapper added in a follow-up post.

In a third X post, West declared, “God forgive me for the pain I’ve caused.”

“I forgive those who have caused me pain,” the “Heil Hitler” rapper added in another follow-up post.

In another X post, West suggested the reason for why he has a sudden change of heart, writing, “I simply got a FaceTime from my kids and I wanna save the world again…”

Social media users, however, are skeptical, pointing out that the rapper’s apparent change in course has transpired amid two Israeli Embassy staffers being murdered outside a Jewish community event in Washington, D.C.

“You are complicit in the murder of two people last night who were killed because they were thought to be Jewish,” one X user asserted. “You brought hate into this world and lost people believe your sh*t talking.”

“Bruh you say this every 4 months and get worse every time,” another commented.

“You have: Denied the holocaust, Praised Hitler, Wore a KKK suit, Posted antisemitic tweets, Had sex with your cousin, Praised Diddy, Followed Diddy on Instagram, Wrote a song praising Hitler,” a third declared, adding, “I will never forgive you Kayne, you will always be a terrorist.”

Another X user told West to “fuck right off,” adding, “Even if you’re sincere, you helped to fuel Jew hatred and gave it a platform,” before suggesting the rapper “stay antisemitic so we can see you very clearly.”

“Get help bud,” another advised. “You are too talented to spew so much hate.”

“How can you release a song called heil Hitler then be ‘done’ with antisemitism?” another inquired.

“Nothing quite says ‘I am done with antisemitism’ like just having released a song called ‘Heil Hitler’ a few weeks ago,” another X user quipped.

As Breitbart News reported, earlier this month, West released a “Heil Hitler” music video featuring the lyrics, “They don’t understand the things I say on Twitter. All my niggas Nazis. Nigga, Heil Hitler.”

This came a few months after the “Heartless” rapper offered a $20 white t-shirt adorned with a black swastika on the e-commerce website for his fashion brand Yeezy.

Notably, West’s swastika t-shirt was posted to Yeezy’s website just days after the rapper issued a series of bizarre and unhinged all-caps tirades on X, which included praising Adolf Hitler and disseminating disparaging remarks against Jews and white people, among other sentiments.

The madness appeared to begin in October 2022, when West proclaimed he would be “going death [Def] Con 3 on JEWISH PEOPLE,” resulting in the rapper and fashion mogul to lose his sponsors, including Adidas and Balenciaga.

On Friday’s “Alex Marlow Show,” host and Breitbart Editor-in-Chief Alex Marlow discussed the latest administration moves at Harvard.

Marlow said, “[T]hey specifically court foreign donors to try to get money” which puts American students at a disadvantagesince they now have to be better than those students “and it takes a bold leader like Donald Trump to finally say, we’re no longer going to do this.”

He added that “this is the Obama apparatus that Trump is running into right now. He’s doing this on purpose” due to Penny Pritzker, a former Obama Cabinet official who is also the sister of Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker being chair of Harvard’s board, and “we’re taking on China. We’re taking on the Democrat apparatus.”
