On Wednesday May 21, former US Attorney, New York City mayor, and author of The Biden Crime Family: The Blueprint for Their Prosecution, Rudy Giuliani, joined Steve Bannon’s War Room to discuss his current strategies for prosecuting the Biden family.

Giuliani balanced his prosecutorial blueprint with unabashed commentary on Joe Biden’s lack of mental soundness.

“They go on talking about Joe Biden’s dementia. That was available almost a year before Joe Biden stood for office.”

“Much more evidence was available to FBI Director, Chris Wray, and Attorney General Bill Barr. They let Trump get impeached, when they had definitive evidence that the whole [Trump impeachment regarding] the conversation with Zelensky and Ukraine was a total put-up job.”

“I don’t understand why Barr’s not under investigation. I don’t understand why the former head of the FBI, Comey’s, not in jail,” Giuliani said.

“I would have to start several investigations – then, see if they could be merged into one,” Giuliani said.

“First of all, I would do the investigation outlined in my book – the RICO Case against the Biden crime family. There would be four specific predicate acts of bribery: they would involve Russia, Ukraine, China – probably about eight separate bribes from China.”

“I’ll give you an example of a quid pro quo from China. Joe Biden got together over $31 million, that we can count, from China. The first thing he does when he gets his hands on Afghanistan: he gives up the Bagram Air Base, 400 miles from China.”

“No American in their right mind would give it up, unless the American were bribed.”

“He never did anything for us to pursue [reparations] from China for Covid. He allowed fentanyl to come into this country at records that exceed any other American presidency, almost combined.”

‘There are plenty of quid pro quos for the Chinese money he got – that no sane, or insane president, would do,” Giuliani said.

Giuliani demystified the nuance regarding the procedures by which to prosecute the post-presidency family, alarmingly the recipients of blanket pardons, issued by Joe Biden on January 20, 2025.

“You would put them all in front of a Grand Jury. That’s very different from those silly Congressional Hearings,” Giuliani said.

“If they don’t testify, you put them in jail. And if they commit perjury, you prosecute them. This is a necessary way to clean up this horrible system of justice we have, and finally make it equal, and fair, for all,” Giuliani said.

Giuliani stressed the reasons that he presumes to be best-suited for the duties of Special Counsel.

“I am the best guy to do this – in terms of knowledge, experience, and having never lost a case as a prosecutor – including some of the most difficult cases of the 20th Century,” Giuliani said.

“I would get the people who helped me crush the Mafia, and some of the younger [attorneys] who are doing a great job.”

“I don’t think there’s anybody that knows the case better. If the thought was that somebody else should be the one to [prosecute], I’d be more than happy to be Special Advisor, and help them to show the way through it. Anything, to get justice,” Giuliani said.

Giuliani cautioned that no entity complicit with the Biden family would remain off-limits during Giuliani’s investigation.

“Every single one of them sitting in that cabinet room, watching [Biden] drivel, had the responsibility to [pursue the 25th Amendment], and for four years, they sold out their country – including his wife, children, and family,” Giuliani said.

“You’ve got [up to] 8 different conspiracies here – crimes. This family in the White House – when I say the Biden crime family – this was the most criminal, perverted family to ever occupy the office of President of the United States. From big crimes to little crimes, they all were committed. And the fact that it isn’t uncovered makes it possible for these Democrats [and Deep State] to believe they can do it again,” Giuliani said.

House Oversight Chair Wants To Question Biden Handlers Acting As ‘De Facto Presidents’

House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer has announced that he is seeking depositions from four former Biden staffers in addition to former White House physician Kevin O’Connor in an effort to find out if they were influencing the cognitively impaired Joe Biden and acting as ‘de facto Presidents’.

Describing the former handlers as “unelected bureaucrats”, Comer told Fox News host Jesse Watters that the committee has identified them “as the main gatekeepers for the Biden White House.”

When asked who they are, Comer responded that “they’re no names that anyone that normally watches Fox would know,” adding “They’re behind the scenes.”

“They fly under the radar,” Comer explained, adding “These are the unelected bureaucrats that we believe had an overwhelming influence over Joe Biden and could have possibly been serving as de facto presidents of the United States.”

He further noted, “The first step to issue a successful subpoena is to offer someone an invitation, a sincere request to come in and answer questions. If they do not, the next step will be the subpoenas.”

“I agree with everything that the last person said about subpoenas, except the special counsel,” Comer said, adding “I think that we can do that in Congress.”

“We’re going to bring these people in for depositions and transcribed interviews, and we’re going to ask every question that a good journalist like yourself, Jesse, would ask. The American people want to know this,” he urged.

“Momentum’s on our side. New evidence has emerged just in the last few days, and I think that all eyes will be watching this new investigation by the House Oversight Committee,” Comer concluded.

In a further appearance with Breitbart’s Alex Marlow, Comer explained “We we want to bring people in for depositions and interviews and have substantive questions and not be confined by five minute clocks and [Democrat Representatives] Jasmine Crockett and Jared Moskowitz screaming.”

SPLC labels Turning Point USA a hate group, adds to 2024 hate map

The SPLC said that there were 5% less hate groups in the US, but claimed their influence has grown.

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) has listed conservative youth organization Turning Point USA on its controversial “Hate Map,” grouping it alongside KKK chapters and other extremist groups.

Turning Point USA (TPUSA), founded by conservative activist Charlie Kirk, is categorized by the SPLC as an “anti-government extremist group” in its 2024 “Year in Hate and Extremism” report, which also includes conservative nonprofit PragerU. Despite adding the TPUSA chapters to the map, the SPLC said that there has been a 5 percent decline in the number of claimed hate groups cited on the map, according to NBC News. Although, the SPLC has claimed that the hate groups are gaining more influence.

In the report, the SPLC described TPUSA as a “well-funded, hard-right organization with links to Southern Poverty Law Center-identified hard-right extremists and a tremendous amount of influence in conservative politics.” It noted that President Donald Trump attended several events throughout 2024 hosted by Turning Point Action, a related 501(c)(4) organization.

The SPLC claimed that groups like TPUSA reflect a shift on the political right toward “authoritarian, patriarchal Christian supremacy dedicated to eroding the value of inclusive democracy and public institutions.”

“Turning Point USA’s primary strategy is sowing and exploiting fear that white Christian supremacy is under attack by nefarious actors, including immigrants, the LGBTQ+ community and civil rights activists,” SPLC argued. “TPUSA and its spokespeople often warn their audience that their children, wives, religion, way of life and they themselves are under attack by various constructed enemies. TPUSA exploits complicated feelings of insecurity and anxiety to manufacture rage and mobilize support to revive and maintain a white-dominated, male supremacist, Christian social order.”

The SPLC went on to accuse TPUSA of positioning Christianity as “superior and dominant” while “orchestrating myths of religious persecution.” The group said that TPUSA uses this framing to “justify its extreme, authoritarian vision for the country that threatens the foundation of our democracy.”

The report published by the SPLC claimed to have documented 1,371 “hate and anti-government extremist groups” in 2024.

The organization’s list of “hate groups” has faced scrutiny for several years and has been the subject of multiple defamation lawsuits, according to the Daily Signal. In 2012, a domestic terrorist used the SPLC's “hate map” to target the Family Research Council’s headquarters. The SPLC condemned the attack, but contested that it did not promote or inspire violence and refused to remove the council from its map.
