That because they were allies, there were no export restrictions, and that the US helped to build the Japanese aircraft industry, and that the Zero was an export variant of the P66?

If the Japanese fleet was at Malaya, attacking the British forces, then how did they manage to bomb Pearl Harbor, at the same time?

 

Also, what a surprise? When did the Japs start bombing Hong Kong? Was it the 3-4 of December?
