It seems more like the starforts were there first and they built the cities inside.
Pretty sure they had something to do with the water. Was the water/moat around them for defense or energy?
Well, I'm sure whatever it was is more advanced than anything we have today. That's we never learned about them in school. There are 1000's worldwide. And those are only those that survived.

I agree with what you are saying but where did the millions and millions of bricks come from and why are the PTB so intent on hiding or destroying our past.
