Marco Rubio: Judge’s Order Blocking Deportations to Cause ‘Irreparable Harm to U.S. Foreign Policy’

Secretary of State Marco Rubio says a federal judge’s court order blocking the Trump administration from deporting illegal aliens to South Sudan will cause “significant and irreparable harm to United States foreign policy.”
Rubio’s comments came in a late-night filing to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts after Judge Brian Murphy, appointed by former President Joe Biden, ruledthis week that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) violated a prior preliminary injunction by deporting eight illegal aliens, all violent convicts, to South Sudan.
The Trump administration had deported the illegal aliens, some of whom have been convicted of murder, rape, and child sex crimes, to South Sudan after their native countries refused to take them back.
Rubio, in his filing to the court, argues that Murphy’s order has already disrupted U.S. diplomacy with South Sudan, Libya, and Djibouti, threatening the president’s Article II authority to conduct foreign policy.
“This Department of Justice believes that this situation urgently requires judicial intervention to restore President Trump’s full Article II authority to conduct foreign policy,” a DOJ official told Breitbart News.
In a separate filing, Trump’s DOJ is asking for Murphy’s order to be stayed pending appeal, arguing that “federal courts have no authority to direct the Executive Branch to conduct foreign relations in a particular way, or engage with a foreign sovereign in a given manner.”
“Because cooperation with other nations is required to transport and distribute international humanitarian aid, it is almost certain the Court’s interjection will result in delayed or reduced humanitarian efforts across the region in a time of severe humanitarian crisis,” the DOJ filing states.
“Furthermore, the Court’s Orders impermissibly disrupt the President’s ability to faithfully execute the nation’s immigration laws,” the filing continues.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth similarly filed a declaration to the court, though it is under seal.
The illegal aliens deported to South Sudan include five convicted murderers, one convicted robber, one convicted child sex predator, and one convicted rapist. Several of the illegal aliens were also convicted of assault, and one was convicted of kidnapping in addition to his murder conviction.

South Africa’s Malema Repeats ‘Kill the Farmer’ as Ramaphosa Stays Quiet

South African opposition figure Julius Malema led his Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) party on Sunday in chants of “Kill the Boer,” “Shoot to kill,” and “Kill the farmer,” while President Cyril Ramaphosa stayed quiet.
Malema posted footage of his own chant on X, including the incendiary words of the chant in his post.
The chant,which South African courts have refused to ban despite its potential for violent incitement and its apparent violationof the South African Constitution’s ban on hate speech, came up last week in Ramaphosa’s meeting in the Oval Office with U.S. President Donald Trump.
Trump made Ramaphosa sit through a video, including footage of Malema leading the chant, after the South African leader pushed back on Trump’s claims of “genocide” in his country.
When pressed by a reporter about whether he has “denounced that type of language,” Ramaphosa claimed, “Oh, yes. We’ve always done so. As a government, as my own party, we are completely opposed to that.”He referred to his party’s 1955 manifesto, the Freedom Charter.
However, local reporters who questioned Ramaphosa on his return to South Africa noted that he had never actually condemned the “Kill the Boer” chant. Ramaphosa again refused to do so on Saturday:
Ramaphosa invoked the inspirational example of President Nelson Mandela several times during his meeting with Trump. However, notably, Mandela condemned hate speech and embraced Afrikaners as countrymen.
Afrikaner leadershave said that Ramaphosa’s refusal to condemn genocidal language by political leaders should result in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) dismissing South Africa’s case against Israel basedon (misquoted) Biblical language referred to by South African lawyers as genocidal.
Ironically, the same lawyer who called for Israel to be condemned also represented Malema in defending his “Kill the Boer” rhetoric.

Trump Administration Sent Team to Investigate Free Speech Violations in Britain: Report

The Trump administration reportedly dispatched a team to meet with victims of Britain’s draconian speech restrictions amid growing concerns over the state of liberty in the United Kingdom.
A group of five diplomats from the U.S. State Department were recently sent on a fact-finding mission in March to Britainto meet with pro-life activists who have been arrested for silently praying outside abortion clinics in the UK, The Telegraph reports.
The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) team also met with UK Foreign Office officials and members of the Ofcom broadcasting regulator, which was recently empowered to police speech on the internet in Britain by the controversial Online Safety Act.
The legislation has reportedly become a major bone of contention between Washington and London, given the potential for the British authority to impose hefty fines on American social media firms for failing to police content on their platforms.
The Trump administration has publicly chastised Britainfor its increasingly restrictive speech codes, and reports have claimed thatthe issue could become a sticking point during trade negotiations.
Vice President JD Vance raised the issue of free speech in Europe during his landmark February speech at the Munich Security Conference, and singled out the UK as a chief offender.
“In Britain, and across Europe, free speech, I fear, is in retreat,” Vance warned, adding: “I look to our very dear friends, the United Kingdom, where the backslide away from conscience rights has placed the basic liberties of religious Britons, in particular, in the crosshairs.”
The Vice President specifically pointed to pro-life campaigners being arrested for silently praying near abortion clinics in the UK.
One such campaigner, 74-year-old grandmother Rose Docherty, who, just days after Vance’s speech,became the first person to be arrested under the so-called “buffer zone” law prohibiting protests outside of abortion clinics, expressed her thanks to the Trump administration.
“All I did was stand peacefully offering consensual conversation to anyone who wanted to take up my offer to talk. I didn’t break the law, I didn’t influence, I didn’t harass, I didn’t intimidate,” she said.
“This can’t be just. It’s heartening that others around the world, including the US government, have realised this injustice and voiced their support.”
Trump allies have also recently raised the case of 42-year-old English mother Lucy Connolly, who was sentenced to 31 months in prison over social media posts following the murder of three young girls at a Taylor Swift dance party in Southport by second-generation migrant Axel Rudakubana.
Reform UK leader and longtime Trump ally Nigel Farage remarked:“The Lucy Connolly case alone shows that two-tier Britain is really here. My American friends cannot believe what is happening in the UK.”
During a February meeting in theOval Office, Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer denied that his country has a problem with free speech, saying: “We’ve had free speech for a very, very long time in the United Kingdom, and it will last for a very, very long time.”
According to a report last month from The Times of London,British police arrest more than 30 people every dayfor supposedly offensive comments on the internet or other platforms,totalling around 12,000 arrests per year.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth Clamps Down on Pentagon Media Access

News media will no longer be allowed to roam the corridors of the Pentagon without official approval andwithout a department escort under strict new rules announced this week by Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth.
Plagued by a series of leaks, Secretary Hegseth issued the orders in a memorandum Friday, saying they were necessary to protect disclosures of sensitive military information. The memo stated:
While the Department remains committed to transparency, the Department is equally committed to protect CSNI [classified sensitive national intelligence] and sensitive information — the unauthorized disclosure of which could put the lives of U.S. service members in danger.
The restrictions cover areas where the press has had access in past administrations in the massive building, including offices of the Defense Secretary and his top aids as well as press offices for the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Space Force. The memo even banned reporters from the building’s athletic center.
Hegseth’s order will also require members of the Pentagon press corps to sign a form acknowledging their responsibility to protect sensitive information, Fox News reported. Journalists will also be issued new badges that clearly identify them as members of the press.
The order drew immediate criticism from the Pentagon Press Association, a membership group that represents the press corps covering the U.S. military. It issued a statement:
The decision is purportedly based on concerns about operational security. But the Pentagon Press Corps has had access to non-secured, unclassified spaces in the Pentagon for decades, under Republican and Democratic administrations, including in the aftermath of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks, without any concern about OP-SEC [operations security] from DoD leadership.
The National Press Club also weighed in with a statement condemning the new rules, saying the order “curtails opportunities to engage with officials” and “raises serious concerns about transparency, oversight, and the public’s right to know.”
The new rules follow a string of leaks and the firing of at least three department officials. As Breitbart reported, two top advisors to Hegseth were escorted out last month and put on administrative leave. Pentagon Chief of Staff Joe Kasper ordered the investigation into Pentagon leaks. According to Breitbart News:
Kasper’s order came after the New York Timesreported that Elon Musk was planning to visit the Pentagon to be briefed on “war plans” in the Tank — a secure conference room at the Pentagon where top defense and military leaders gather to discuss the department’s most pressing issues.
Hegseth’s new rules are part of a series of changes that began with the new Trump administration.
In February, the Pentagon required legacy news outlets, including the New York Times, Washington Post, Politico, NPR, CNN and NBC News, to vacate their office spaces in the building.
That move is part of anew rotation system to bring in other news operations the Trump administration considers more fair in their coverage, including the New York Post, Breitbart, the Daily Caller, and One America News Network.

What we would call the ‘western’ global financial system is contingent upon all U.S. allies retaining the United States as their consumer base and stable currency center.President Trump has exposed the vulnerability of Canada as he confronts the parasitic relationship{GO DEEP}.
In advance of the U.K positioning itself as the skirt behind which Canada can hide from the horrible Trump, British Prime Minister Keir Starmer extended an invitation for President Trump to attend a state visit in his honor later this year. The effusive praise from Starmer during the White House meeting was keenly strategic,so too was their urgency in creating the first new-era free trade agreement with the USA.
Perhaps President Trump’s embrace of Qatar, the UAE and Saudi Arabia should be viewed through this financial prism where the EU, U.K and Canada will ultimately go to war (together) against the efforts of President Trump. Within the partnership of the UK, EU and Canada, the Snow Mexicans are the weakest link, the most vulnerable to collapse from Trump’s economic policy.
Canada no longer has any substantive ability to create heavy machinery industrial goods. Most of the Canadian manufacturing equipment is imported from China and the EU.
