So restructuring of the FED means Rothschild's are still in the loop? Because that's fair and legal?

I mean they are only responsible for every armed conflict of the 20th/21st century resulting in 10s of millions of deaths of sons, daughters, father's, mother's, husband's, wives,etc. Creating hundreds of millions suffering in anguish, fear, loss, despair, poverty, and sickness.
