🚨Apparently, “malicious noncompliance” is still the order of the day at DoD for soldiers seeking relief from adverse actions based on refusal to comply with the unlawfully-implemented Covid mandate.
As in this soldier’s case, bureaucrats are doing an end-run around SecDef’s explicit directive that corrective action be taken, by continuing to deny them the relief to which they are lawfully and morally entitled.
Each time the system intended to restore justice fails these service members, they suffer new injury.

PLEASE stop allowing the “process” to be used in this manner to inflict ongoing harm on your best and brightest, and to thwart the clear letter and intent of your directive to undo the wrongs caused by DoD’s implementation of the mandate.

The FBI/DOJ didn’t just just hide the Nellie Ohr Doc that showed she lied to Congress. They made it unreachable. Unsearchable. From other agents and Congress. Hidden from their own Sentinel system. Talk about losing faith in the system. Half of my frustrations come from the active measures that must have taken place by MULTIPLE people to protect those lying to Congress. This isn’t one person. This is a group and they will all go free. This looks horrible. Either our FBI is corrupt and would do anything to hurt Trump or they are so stupid they fell for the Russia narrative and went all in to protect their names from embarrassment. Or somewhere in between.
