I think that the keystone must be money.
The Federal Reserve, central banking system.
Convict the fuks at the top and/or just seize all the money/assets.
Pyramid comes crashing down quickly.
I remember after hurricane IRMA - there were no more of the regular bums anymore (I used to see the same ones every day). Then after a couple weeks a new set of bums showed up.
