There has not been a BV check in for several hours - current Baker has been waiting for BV confirmation for a very long time.
Workfag Baker is a regular Baker here, I recommend that you go ahead and handoff and take a well deserved rest.
Ultimately the Baker decides who to handoff to - BV can only suggest & monitor.
It could be a couple of hours before a BV shows up.
Just my .02 FWIW, but I am a regular baker here.
We need to have an adult conversation here today Anons… We cannot let the Board go to hell like this while BO is gone, he deserves bettar than this from us.
First & foremost lately we have very few Baker's willing to Bake.
We had a very willing & seemingly capable Baker who was available to bake the long overnight shift (Clam) and everyone seemed relatively happy during that period. Perhaps I am wrong - I am sure y'all will speak out about it.
A few nights ago, Clam had a rough night. Baker's are regular people, we all have rough nights. If you want proof go back and look at the end of my Bake last night, Kek. I was tired, pissed & ran my mouth more than I should.
Anyway, we really put Clam through the ringer (myself included). I apologized the next Day as soon as I saw Clam appear on the board. Others have continued to comment & make digs at Clam.
We are a team here, and we need all hands on deck. All of the Baker's are here to keep this board going because we are Patriots & we believe in the cause. If a Baker screws up, help us be a better Baker, don't mock & hurl rude comments or post subversive memes.
To be honest, I am glad we have no outside comms, things must be discussed in full light as they should be. So lets talk this out…
Don't worry Baker, they won't stop you from baking… I have been involved in "unsupervised" handoffs since this whole "new" system started and they let me bake a bunch…
At one point yesterday the "You's" in the notable list was almost ridiculous, pic related.

I am that Baker Anon. I baked for over 11 hours yesterday because nobody else would step up.
I had requested a handoff the bread before this bread you are screencapping. By this time I was in my 11th hour of baking for the day that started at 10 am. Metal Baker baked 5 breads in the middle (the last 3 breads he was trying to handoff) so I finally took the dough back from him at 7:00 pm and as you can see I stuck with it and made sure you Fags had bread to type in…
Was I 100% at that point?? Hell no…
That is all I can tell you. Nobody is a shitty Baker on purpose, but sometimes we get pushed beyond our limits
