What’s right, what’s wrong, what’s to hate,

9/11’s shadow, a darkened sky,

From schoolyard fears to covert plots,

Encouraged by those who hate our lot.

 

But then came Q, a different tune,

A beacon in the shifting gloom,

Not all is lost, not all in vain,

A hope to break the endless chain.
