Hows aboot we come up with some new minimum requirements for law enforcement officers.
First rule: NO FORMER LE experience allowed.
We train them all from scratch to work FOR the citizens and NOT the bureaucracy.
Second rule: ALL judgements against LEO's comers out of their collective pension funds.
Third rule: NO Fraternal order of police associations allowed.
Fourth rule: ALL LEO's guilty of violating a citizens rights get one year in general population jail at minimum and banned from LE service for life.
