California, New Mexico, and Arizona need similar legislation, they're operating immigration policy using only police arrests and jailing illegals, they only have a 72hr hold policy.
The governors are hand tying and preventing police departments from working with ICE.
There's no coordination and ICE has to wait outside court rooms and immigration courts.
