I heard an interesting fact the other day. The reason we love to hear birds singing is because we only hear it when there are no predators or danger near us. We learned, through thousands of years of evolution in the wild, to associate birds singing with safety.
When birds STOP singing, we get nervous and tense… because they only stop when there's disruption and danger nearby.
