Cartoon girl in "My Pet Goat" resembles "heather / wendy / whatever her name became before her Internet fame and subsequent plane crash fatality.

We always knew "My Pet Goat" had to be insiders of some kind. Trying to warn, perhaps? Message to other insiders camouflaged as a "hip" art piece?
