The 20% decline in FB and Twitter are significant in that they occured within one trading day. However these stocks were artificially popped up before the dramatic fall as if the popping up was deliberately done so that a dramatic fall could take place. It's all manipulated to create a public effect. Depending on what happens next, currently so far it's not really that much of a big deal.
