There are several problems here that need to be addressed, but I think the biggest one is the "Notables" section of the dough.

I presume that most anons here are left-brain types, and objectivity is paramount.

However, identifying "Notable" posts is a HIGHLY subjective task, and it opens the door to intense divisionfagging.

I've marked several things as "Notable" and caught a lot of shit for it many times, but understand, when I put something in the notables, I have a reason.

Anons complain about slides and FnG, but sometimes things are not always as FnG as they seem (see the little case study I've posted below re: Sarah Silverman).

Do I take criticism of my editorial decisions more personally than I should? Maybe. However. this whole endeavor is very personal to me, so I guess that's to be expected, being human and all…and I don't respond very nicely to threats or warnings, either (see #2843 for more info).

As it stands now, I'm on hiatus until I'm asked back…it's kinda like asking a girl out…ask once, she says no, never give her the time of day until she ask YOU out…that's just how I roll. KEK!

That's an example of the point I was trying to illustrate.

I would have been inclined to put that in the Notables sections…maybe it's fake, maybe it's a slide…who knows…things are not always what they seem, and if it gets that much attention, it's "Notable" in my mind…NOT AN ENDORSEMENT.

I have always done my best to identify things that have no sauce, but sometimes things get missed. However, things get overlooked sometimes, especially when the bread moves super-fast.

Better to say "Hey baker, no sauce on Notable such-and-such" than say "(((Shillbaker))) in the kitchen!!!".

I am FAR more inclined to make a change with the former than I am the latter.
