You got any sauce of the person making that claim, or is it just some randoms talking about it on Twitter. You're focusing on the hearsay of a friend of a victim as if that's a smoking gun but it's hearsay until sauce is shown. That's no different than anonymous sources say or someone being familiar with how someone else thinks.
