THE EPSTEIN CURSE: Under Criminal Investigation, Disgraced Former Prince Andrew To Be Cut From the Line of Succession to the British Throne
by Paul Serran Feb. 20, 2026
Andrew’s downfall may be far from over.
The United Kingdom is still reeling over the arrest of disgraced former Prince Andrew, brother of King Charles.
Now, while Andrew progressively lost all his royal titles and patronages, many will be surprised to learn that he is still the 8th in line of succession to the British throne.
Failing Prime Minister Keir Starmer is now reportedly considering a law to remove him from the line of succession.
The Telegraph reported:
“It is understood that any change to legislation would take place after the police investigation into the disgraced former prince is concluded.
The historic move follows the arrest of Mr. Mountbatten-Windsor on Thursday on suspicion of misconduct in public office.”
As of now, Mr. Mountbatten-Windsor remains eighth in line to the throne.
“The change requires an act of Parliament, and Downing Street will consult with other Commonwealth realms before any change to is made.
Each other country where Charles III is king – including Australia, Canada and New Zealand – would have to agree to legislation to remove him.”
