Cop issuing unlawful orders argues with law student, ORDERING him to do field sobriety test and trying to charge him with obstruction for refusing… Man was absolutely correct and standing on his rights!

For those who don't know, FST's, or field sobriety tests, are OPTIONAL in all 50 states. You are ALWAYS free to refuse, and there can be no repercussions for doing so. Contrary to popular belief, "implied consent" does not apply to FST's, only chemical (non subjective) tests. FST's are designed solely to build probable cause for an arrest, there is absolutely no benefit to you to take one. They're not pass/fail, they are simply to build enough PC for arrest. They CAN NOT arrest you for refusing an FST, they must build PC without it.

Cop committed multiple crimes in this video, and if the guy is drunk he'll prob get off, because the cop is too stupid to understand the basics of his job.

Those are the ones I say sold themselves to government for a paycheck. They have ZERO clue about what the constitution or their oath stands for. All they know is "Authority" and the chains they bound themselves with (chain of command). They think nothing of violating our constitution and rights, they care only about perceived authority.

They're not to be confused with those who actually understand what they signed up for.
