Just my 2 cents. If no name is in the London pixs, maybe we have been looking at the wrong person in the "who do you see" pix. Maybe not the tall guy in the middle of street, but the gray haired guy in the far left side with briefcase. No Name ? Also LP may been still in contacts with bad characters is why Q is telling her to keep her promise as it seen what she is doing.
