Q is saying an unauthorized missile was fired at AF1 from somewhere in Washington state (and launch was caught on camera). It was unauthorized because proper chain of command (/ourguys/) would obviously not have authorized it. Missile was subsequently intercepted / destroyed by classified weapons package on F-16's. Minutes after launch, security clearances were removed (ie Brennan & cohorts) which we are only now starting to hear about.
